Job Overview

Are you a highly organised, detail orientated and proactive professional interested in a rewarding role within the Education sector?

We are recruiting for a Data, Admissions & Compliance Officer on a part-time, permanent basis. In this vital role, you’ll assist in the administration, development and analysis of student data, ensuring smooth admissions and accurate records whilst supporting the school to meet its legal and regulatory obligations.

This role requires strong digital confidence, excellent communication skills, the ability to produce accurate work.

The successful candidate will embody the school’s values and provide a warm, empathetic and professional approach when working with children, families and all colleagues.

Duties

Admissions
MIS and Data Management
Data Analysis and Reporting
Statutory Returns
Compliance and Information Governance
Safeguarding Administration
Operational Risk and Process Improvement

Experience

Prior experience in educational settings or teaching is highly advantageous, providing insight into academic processes and student support
Demonstrated ability to manage data accurately and securely using relevant software systems
Experience in handling admissions processes or student recruitment activities is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
