Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Hairdresser/Barber to join our dynamic team. Duties

Cutting, colouring, styling, and grooming clients’ hair according to their preferences and current trends
Providing specialised services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments
Offering personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles and products
Managing appointment schedules at the front desk efficiently and professionally
Upselling haircare products and additional services to maximise client satisfaction and revenue
Mentoring junior team members and supporting store management in daily operations
Maintaining a clean, organised work station in compliance with health and safety standards
Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills

Skills

Proven experience in barbering or hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively and understand their needs
Ability to manage store operations, including front desk duties and appointment scheduling
Skilled in mentoring junior staff members to foster a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty treatments is desirable
Strong upselling abilities to promote products and additional services confidently
Organised with exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of client care and salon maintenance
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle diverse client requests professionally
