Job Summary
We are seeking someone who will work as a part of a team, delivering exceptional customer services to this independent retirement living development, Markfield Court Village, Markfield.

About Us

Kingsdale Group manages property on behalf of private residential leaseholders, the majority of whom are retired homeowners. Our aim is that every development we manage is attractively presented, well maintained, and staffed by friendly, helpful, and efficient people. We want each development that we manage to be a source of pride to those who live there.

Markfield Court Village is a retirement development comprising of 133 properties and the facilities include a large social centre, landscaped gardens and extensive grounds.

The Role – Assistant Manager

As one of the Assistant Manager’s at Markfield Court Village, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the Owners receive the highest levels of customer service, and that their well-being is always prioritised.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring building maintenance, external facilities, grounds maintenance, hygiene, Health and Safety standards are taken care of.

Our Requirements:

· Experience delivering excellent customer care gained within the hospitality or retail sector

· Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of workload using own initiative

· Passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service

· Ability to build meaningful, professional relationships

· Ability to remain calm in an ever-changing environment

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Due to the nature of the organisation and the role, this post is subject to a DBS check.

Pay: £16.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
