Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: £13.15 per hour
4-weekly pay
30-minute paid lunch break
Two 15-minute unpaid breaks
Full uniform provided (replaced every 12 months after a 6-month probation)
30 days of paid annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

Location: Tow-Trust Towbars – UK’s Leading Towbar Manufacturer
Division: Packing & Finishing Night shift
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our industry-leading Packing department as a Day Shift Packing & Finishing Operative. You will be responsible for ensuring bolt kits, small parts and towbars are packed as per preset packaging conditions whilst maintain the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain required quality standards
Maintain and comply with all health & safety requirements
Maintain correct packaging conditions
Accurate completion of required paperwork
Achievement of set targets
Consistency with completion repetitive tasks

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Able to follow a specific standard operating procedure
Attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to switch between department requirements
Self-motivated
Physically fit
