Are you ready to kickstart your career in customer operations? Our client is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Ops Admins to join their dynamic Metering team in Ipswich! This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do: As a Customer Ops Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customer data is accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include:

Utilizing the CRM system to cleanse accounts and manage work lists effectively.
Updating customer contact information and raising requests for site visits.
Communicating with customers and third-party agencies via email and telephone.
Collaborating closely with the Metering team to enhance overall customer service.
