Full job description

Job Summary
Beefy's skips are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of part time call handler. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyse data effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Booking in Skips, liaising with drivers and customers via the telephone and other admin duties.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain organised records and documentation related to customer interactions.
Hours MONDAY 8.00 TO 17,00 TUESDAY 1.30 TO 18.00 AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 8.30 TO 13.00

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience in upselling or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
Must be flexible with hours to cover sickness and holidays
