Full job description

Summary

To provide efficient assistance and administration support to the Training Centre. The role will include general admin and support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Administration

Preparing training materials for courses and certificates
Maintain /update the Training Centre Register
Booking hotels for course attendees
Obtaining relevant information from attendees
Liaising with attendees via telephone and email
Liaising with Franchise Partners and Head Office to book Work Experience and Head Office days
Gather marketing information to be passed on to relevant departments
Ordering of uniforms
Maintaining stock levels
Other ad hoc admin duties

Property Management

Maintain the appearance of the Training Centre
Cleaning of the workshop, rubbish clearance, recycling
Ensure classroom and all products are clean and ready for use
Other ad hoc property management tasks

Package

Hours: 8 hours per week – Hours and days to be confirmed. There may need to be some flexibility to suit the needs of the business

Location: Unit 8d Beta Close, Newtown, Tewkesbury, GL20 8SR

Holidays: 22 days per year + statutory holidays. (this will be calculated to be based on 8 hours per week)

Notice period: 6 weeks

Salary: £6,000.00

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £6,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
