If you want to move away from rigid, corporate sales roles and actually help build a world-class system from the ground up, this is your opportunity. Over the last 12 months, we have successfully transformed our entire business model from a traditional distribution push system to an active installer-pull model—and we need you to help run this engine. Joining our close-knit, expanding team means your voice genuinely matters; you will take direct ownership of guiding newly trained contractors through their first installs, deploying high-value consumer leads, and turning transactional buyers into exclusive partners. If you have a relentless "growth-farmer" mindset, thrive on outbound phone momentum, and want to progress rapidly as our national network scales, we will back your ambition with clear progression paths.

What You’ll Do (Accountabilities)

Execute high-velocity outbound phone activity by consistently hitting our professional baseline 50/2 rule (50 calls and 2 hours of active talk time daily) to build deep partner relationships.
Activate newly trained contractors through proactive phone onboarding, eliminating setup friction to secure vital first orders.
Grow our market share by systematically guiding active accounts up our tier-based loyalty ladder from "Trained" to exclusive "Approved Installer" status.
Deploy commercial consumer and project leads strategically to the installer network, utilizing lead allocation as leverage to maximize conversion and reward partner loyalty.
Mitigate network churn by monitoring account purchasing metrics, stepping in aggressively via phone to reactivate silent installers and resolve competitor or technical hesitations.
Maintain flawless CRM data compliance, keeping a clean personal sales pipeline and managing routine trade and merchant documentation.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

Must-Haves (Essential)

An "Above-the-Line" Mindset: A natural alignment with core accountability, operating with total ownership, accountability, and responsibility rather than blame, excuses, or denial.
Relentless Phone Discipline: Genuine comfort and confidence with high-volume outbound calling; you understand that phone activity is the baseline that drives revenue.
Relationship & Growth Focus: Proven ability to onboard, nurture, and grow accounts organically by identifying commercial opportunities and handling pricing queries confidently.
System & CRM Literacy: Strong organizational skills with a commitment to logging leads and tracking account histories accurately via the CRM rather than relying on loose notes.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

Prior account management or internal sales experience within the construction, manufacturing, or building trade sectors.
Experience working within a structured, tier-based customer loyalty framework or dealer/installer network.

Starting Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (Level 1 baseline with clear pathways to scale up to £45,000+ as a Leading National Account Specialist
