Job Title: Area Manager / Contracts Manager

Salary: £ 35,000 - £40,000 pa depending on experience.

Company Car & Laptop Provided

Reporting to: Directors

Company: We are a commercial cleaning company who build long term relationships with our clients providing a high quality and reliable service.

Purpose of role: Ensure all contracts are working to excellent service delivery within wage and materials budgets. Flexibility is required of this role to deal with all staffing & operational issues within the portfolio of contracts. The ideal candidates will take pride in their work and will always go the extra mile to please our clients

Summary of Duties:

The following list is not exhaustive and other duties of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.

Ensure all contractual specifications & standards are being met by on-site operatives. Practically demonstrate full understanding of cleaning methods & safe use of all equipment
Complete cleaning audits as directed within the company agreed timeframes.
Maintain cleaning supplies ensuring staff can carry out their tasks effectively
Ensure all ordering of materials is via approved sources & within agreed budgets
Ensure all equipment is on site and operationally in order as per contract specification & practically demonstrate full understanding of cleaning methods & safe use of all equipment
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients
Recruitment, Training & Development of your team ensuring all identification checks, contracts and RAMS are signed and in date.
To adhere to the Company health and safety policies and procedures
Have a hands on approach to your role
Ensure staffing levels are maintained
Manage the mobile cover cleaner where required
Ensure all payroll information and starter / leaver information is sent on time
Cover when all other options have been exhausted.

Monday to Friday

Experience:

cleaning Industry: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
