The Role
We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our energetic Product HR team on a fixed term contract.
In this role, you'll be part of the backbone of our recruitment operations, providing top-notch administrative support and delivering a seamless, candidate-focused experience by supporting the Recruiters.
Our Recruitment team is dedicated to uncovering the best talent for a diverse range of Product roles, including Merchandising, Fabric and Garment Technology, Buying, and Design. Join us in connecting the right talent with the right opportunities!
What You’ll Take On
Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and varied. You will:
Coordinate & Schedule: Manage diary coordination, scheduling interviews (virtual and in-person) across multiple departments.
Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview process, answering queries, and ensuring a 5-star experience from application to offer.
System Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, uploading candidate details, and moving applicants through the pipeline.
Adverts: Collaborate closely with Recruiters to craft compelling job adverts and post them across various internal and external job boards and social media platforms.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, keeping them informed of interview schedules and feedback timelines.
Reporting & Compliance: Keep recruitment reports, trackers, and spreadsheets up to date. Assist with right-to-work checks and compliance documentation during the offer stage.
