We are Laser Skin, a premier aesthetic clinic. Laser hair removal is our core offering. Our Reading branch is looking for 1 exceptional therapist to join our new growing brand and join our brand with a team of laser practitioners and specialists, with hours to include working most weekends.
We will provide training, so you become proficient with all the latest advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments.

We are recruiting individuals to develop into exceptional laser practitioners, progress as a professional in the growing market in aesthetics and work with our team in delivering excellent results-driven treatments.
Duties will also include reception, retailing products, hygiene, clinic diary management and general administration. You will take accountability for driving your clinic sales, building customer satisfaction and retention, and working with your high-performance team to achieve success!
You will need:
- Qualification to at least NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Level 4 Laser is desirable, and we’ll help you achieve it if you haven’t already
- Laser hair removal experience
- Motivation, experience, and drive to exceed demanding monthly sales targets
- Team player, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills
- Ideally two years of clinical, aesthetics, beauty counter, salon or spa experience
- To be enthusiastic, outgoing and positive, and enjoy engaging with people!
- Great confidence in approaching new clients, traffic-stopping, and selling

Job Type: 0 hours contract. Initially, we anticipate offering approximately one day per week, along with 1-2 Saturdays per month. There will be opportunities for these hours to increase over time.
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
