KWL is looking for experienced General Repair Operatives to join our growing team.
- Salary £30,525.00
- Basic 40 hours a week, working Monday to Friday
- 21 days holiday (excluding 8 bank holidays) rising to 26 days after five years
- Defined Benefit Pension Scheme with c. 14% employer contributions (and 3 x salary life cover)

KWL is one of the largest construction and maintenance contractors in Hull. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic candidates to join our team to deliver general repairs and maintenance works on a variety of contracts.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience of installing composite doors and fire doors
- Ability to work on both own initiative and as part of a team.
- Full valid driving licence.
- Ability to use smartphones, tablets etc.
- You will be reliable with excellent attendance.
- Good customer care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work to specifications, drawings and work sheets.
- To work effectively in conjunction with other trades in order to ensure that work is carried out to the relevant standard within timescales while customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level. Wherever possible, to apply multi-skilling, so that the job can be completed in one visit.
- To accurately complete all relevant internal and external documentation, such as vehicle inspection sheets, material requisitions, job completion sheets in target to ensure financial/property records are maintained in an auditable system. This may involve using technology such as mobile handheld computers.
- To discuss work related issues directly with customers on site with a professional manner in order to determine their exact requirements.
