Business Manager / Sales Controller
Scunthorpe

Upto £55,000 (OTE higher for the right candidate)

Eddie Wright Car Supermarket is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Manager / Sales Controller to join our team in Scunthorpe.

As a proud family-run business with 93 years of trading history, we’ve built a reputation for trust, quality, and exceptional service. Now, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion and ambition to help lead our sales operation to the next level.

The Role

You’ll play a key leadership role within the dealership, responsible for:

Supporting and driving the sales team to exceed targets
Maximising finance and insurance performance
Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations
Delivering a first-class customer journey from enquiry to handover
Coaching and developing the team to achieve their full potential

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Manager or Sales Controller in the motor trade (essential)
Strong track record in F&I performance and sales leadership
Excellent communication and leadership skills
High levels of organisation, drive, and professionalism
A hands-on approach with a passion for results
