About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our award-winning team at the British Ironwork Centre. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting day-to-day business operations while ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support across the business
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and company documentation
Support departments with administrative tasks and operational requirements
Handle office supplies and liaise with external suppliers when needed
Ensure all office areas remain organised and presentable
Assist with additional duties and projects as required

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive, positive, and professional approach to work
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
