Job Overview

Opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Accounts person to work for a local well-established company in Portslade.

Assist in weekly payroll and pensions contributions via SAGE Payroll.
Processing monthly supplier invoices for payment.
Raising and sending customer invoices.
Organising, processing, and sending Fire Risk Assessments.
Processing and sending Maintenance Inspection Test Reports.
Raising and sending annual date letters.
Taking card payments over the phone.
Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries.
General office duties.
Hours 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break (flexibility on start time).
20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Requirements:

Proven experience with payroll or accounts would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is desirable.
Organised approach with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Benefits:

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
