Key Responsibilities
- Qualify buyers and match them to suitable properties.
- Arrange viewings and follow up promptly for feedback.
- Negotiate offers and agree sales.
- Maintain regular contact with buyers and vendors.
- Generate mortgage, conveyancing and other referral opportunities.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with valuers and sales progressors to deliver a smooth customer journey.
About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based position. You will not be required to conduct viewings.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous estate agency sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the residential sales process.
- Proven negotiation and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Organised, proactive and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous Senior Sales Negotiator experience.
- Knowledge of the South Liverpool property market.
- Experience generating mortgage and conveyancing referrals.
Personal Qualities
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
- Professional, friendly and approachable
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Hours and Salary
Salary: Negotiable based on experience. Commission bridge available to support you if you're leaving pipeline income behind
Contract: Full time, permanent, 36 hours per week
Working pattern: 5 days a week including every other Saturday (you will have a day off in the week on the week you work a Saturday)
Office Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9am to 5:30pm, Fri: 9am to 5pm, Sat: 10am to 4pm. We close on Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
