General Manager WantedThe Pityme Inn – St Minver, North Cornwall

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team at The Pityme Inn, a busy and much-loved pub in the heart of North Cornwall.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong teams, and driving business performance.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading the day-to-day operation of the pub
Managing, motivating and developing the front and back of house teams
Delivering outstanding customer service standards
Driving sales and profitability
Managing stock, rotas, budgets and costs
Maintaining excellent health, safety and licensing standards
Working closely with the owners to continue growing the business

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy Manager
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive, hands-on approach and great work ethic
