Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for the position of on-going Bank Saturday Cover. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our services on Saturdays, providing support to both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and possess the ability to adapt to various tasks throughout the day.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist with daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities run efficiently.
Support team members in their duties as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service delivery.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in addressing challenges.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and administrative processes is advantageous.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
