The Mead Educational Trust is an energetic and dynamic family of fifteen primary, secondary and special schools in and around Leicester. Brook Mead Academy is the newest school in TMET, following on from the successful opening of Castle Mead Academy in September 2019. We are looking for a Behaviour Learning Mentor who will join our friendly team to support scholars to make good progress in their studies.

This is a unique opportunity to join a committed and talented team in a brand-new school which moved to a state-of-the-art new building in 2025.
Our school was judged outstanding by Ofsted in March 2024.
Staff wellbeing is a priority with constant vigilance around workloads.

Salary: LG Band 4

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 38.6 weeks per year

Mon to Thurs 8am to 4pm with 30min lunch, Fri – 8am to 3:00pm with 30min lunch

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.
