Company Overview

Woodhall Country Park is a scenic 200-acre park situated on a stunning 2000-acre estate near the charming village of Woodhall Spa. Renowned for creating memorable holiday experiences, our team is dedicated to excellence and continuous development, making us a leader in leisure and hospitality.

About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, creative, and enthusiastic Events & Social Media Administrator to support the planning and delivery of events while managing and growing our social media presence. This is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys juggling tasks, working with people, and bringing ideas to life online and in person. Standard hours would be 4 days per week with additional hours for event periods.

Key Responsibilities

Events Administration

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of events (online and in-person)
Manage event schedules, bookings, guest lists, and communications
Liaise with suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with event promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up
Assisting with running events which will include some evening & weekend work

Social Media Administration

Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments.
Assist with content planning.
Keep social media calendars organised and up to date.

Reception Support

Weekly cover for reception as part of the role but mainly for holidays, days off etc

About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident written communication skills
Comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling tools
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Creative, proactive, and happy to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous experience in events, marketing, or social media
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
Basic understanding of marketing or communications
