Salary: £32,743 - £33,895 (pro-rata)
Location: Leyland / Preston / wider North West (agile working)
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term - 6 months

At Progress Housing Group, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Tenancy Sustainability Officer to support customers during a period of growth and help them maintain successful, sustainable tenancies.
This role will focus on supporting tenants moving into new-build homes, helping them access the right support, maximise their income and overcome challenges that may put their tenancy at risk.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload of new and existing customers
- Completing tenancy affordability and sustainability assessments
- Supporting customers with welfare benefits and income maximisation
- Developing and delivering tailored support plans
- Identifying safeguarding concerns and emerging risks
- Working alongside internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes
- Helping prevent tenancy failure, abandonment and rent arrears
