Full job description

We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking bartenders to join our team at our new opening.

As a bartender, you'll be the face of the venue, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service from the moment our guests arrive. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love hospitality, and take pride in providing a great guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Learn and confidently serve our full drinks menu, including cocktails, classics, beers, wines, and spirits through our comprehensive training programme.
Prepare drinks quickly and consistently while maintaining excellent presentation and quality.
Assist with changing kegs and maintaining high cellar standards. An interest in cask ale and draught products is a bonus.
Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring both front and back of house are clean, organised, and ready for service.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, stock rotation, and health & safety throughout every shift.
Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver smooth, efficient service during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
Previous experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A willingness to learn and develop through our training programme.
