Full job description

We are a small and friendly residential conveyancing firm looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator / Client Onboarding Assistant to join our team.

The role will involve supporting fee earners with client onboarding, administration, compliance procedures, and day-to-day office duties.

Key Responsibilities

Opening new client files
Carrying out ID, AML, and conflict checks
Preparing client care and onboarding documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
General office administration and document management
Assisting with compliance and record keeping
Supporting the smooth running of the office

Requirements

Previous administration experience (legal experience preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Professional and friendly manner
IT competent, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Desirable

Residential conveyancing experience
Knowledge of AML and compliance procedures
Experience using legal case management systems

Benefits

Salary up to £25,000.00 dependent on experience
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Additional Christmas office closure
