This full-time position promises an exciting journey with a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 after a successful 3-month probation period.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our Work-Based Learning team, you will:

Promote Apprenticeships: Showcase the value of our apprenticeship programs and attract new participants.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with existing clients to meet and exceed monthly and yearly targets.
Independent Management: Take charge of your workload, ensuring high standards in training, assessment, and monitoring.
Industry Impact: Engage across sectors to enhance recycling education and awareness.
Various sites across South Wales: You will be required to visit several sites across South Wales to assessor our learners.

Qualifications and Desirable Skills:

Training Qualification: Possess a current adult training delivery qualification.
Assessor Award: Hold an assessor award (TAQA Assessor, PGCE/PTTLS/D32, D33).
Environmental Passion: Display interest in environmental issues.
Industry Experience: Prior work in waste and recycling is advantageous.
Vehicle: Own a vehicle to travel to sites and have a full driving license.
