The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Handover Specialist to join our team at Waterton Motor Group in Bridgend.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well‑established business where customer experience, teamwork and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Organising vehicle preparation to meet scheduled handover times

· Liasing with Workshop Controllers and the Valeting Team to ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition

· Conducting customer handovers in line with the company procedures

· Demonstrating vehicle features and controls clearly and professionally

· Accompanying customers on demonstration drives as needed

· Delivering a positive, consistent experience for customers

· Taking ownership of tasks and seeing things through

· Following our processes and contributing to continuous improvement

· Working in line with company policies, manufacturer standards and relevant legislation

What We Look For

· A positive, professional approach and strong communication skills

· Someone who takes pride in their work and treats people with respect

· A team player who supports colleagues and shares information

· Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

· A full UK driving licence (no more than six penalty points)

· Clean and presentable appearance

· Basic understanding of vehicle controls and operation

Experience is preferable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Hours & Contract

Hours: Full time, permanent contract.

37.5 hours per week – Tuesday to Saturday
Weekdays: 10:00am – 6:00pm | Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £25,662
