Housekeeper

Hourly rate: £8.05 to £12.76 dependent on age

Hours: Saturday/Sunday 10am to 3pm

Location: The Bear Hotel, Cowbridge

What does work as a Housekeeper look like: 

Creating Comfort: Ensure rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, safe, and welcoming – transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Health & Safety: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures with 100% compliance, including COSHH, Manual Handling, and Fire Safety standards.

Team Support: Collaborate with reception, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Green Mindset: Support sustainable practices and help us reduce our carbon footprint.

Responsibility: Keep stock of linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Team Champion: You will have the ability to work well within a passionate team and working well under pressure and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Development: You will desire to be the best you can be in your role as a Housekeeper and will have a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
