Assistant Trainee Manager

Henry Sheach Lawnmower Services (Kingdom Mowers)

Henry Sheach Lawnmower Services (Kingdom Mowers) is a trusted provider of lawnmower sales, servicing, repairs, and outdoor power equipment solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Trainee Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop management skills while gaining hands-on experience in a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day running of the business.
Support the manager in overseeing workshop and retail operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Help coordinate staff, schedules, and daily workloads.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering inventory.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and service requests.
Ensure the workplace is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Learn all aspects of business management, including operations, administration, and customer service.

Essential Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Desirable Skills

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or mechanical environments.
An interest in outdoor power equipment, machinery, or small engine maintenance.
Leadership potential and a proactive approach to work.
