Company Overview

Craigshill Dental Centre is a welcoming dental practice offering both NHS and private dental services. Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a friendly environment that values professionalism and community well-being.

We are seeking a Full time dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team at Craigshill Dental Centre in Livingston. The position is 35 hours per week;

Monday 8.15-5.45pm, Tuesday 8.15-5.45pm, Wednesday 8.15-7.15pm and Friday 8.15-5.15pm.

Additional hours for Holiday/sickness cover will be required.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 24th June.

This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent patient service, reflecting our commitment to quality care and community trust.
Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information.
Support administrative tasks such as payment taking, filing, scanning.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven office experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental practice management software is a plus although full training will be provided.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
