Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 360 excavator operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating excavators on commercial sites. This role involves operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to support various excavation projects. Applicants must be committed to safety, accuracy, and working as part of a professional team.

Responsibilities

Operate 360 excavators to carry out excavation, lifting, and earth-moving tasks in accordance with project specifications
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on the excavator to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
Follow site safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities
Assist with loading and unloading materials using the excavator as required
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any mechanical issues promptly
Adhere to project timelines and work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high safety standards

Experience

Proven experience operating 360 excavators on commercial construction sites
Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
Valid commercial driving licence, with experience in transporting machinery or materials preferred
Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Previous experience working in a team environment, demonstrating good communication skills

Pay: £23.00-£24.00 per hour
