Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth handling of materials, and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.

Main Duties
Packing of goods and processing through the online despatch systems
Checking company procedures to ensure stock is packed accurately
Other warehouse duties to include maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Assembly of components
Regular Stock Taking
Van deliveries
Tools and Equipment Used
Fork lifts, order pickers, other lifting equipment, compressor and associated tools, PPE, racking, company
van, PC, Internet, Exchequer accounts package, Excel, Word, Outlook, telephone, fax.
Candidate Specification
Any FLT licence with certificates would be beneficial
Time keeping & reliability is essential
Attention to detail
Previous packing experience
Ability to work under time pressure to daily deadlines
Hard working – with a focussed “Can-do” attitude
Good work ethic
Team Player
Overtime may be available & may be required
Driving Licence would be beneficial
Assembly skills - advantageous
Good communication skills

Job Type: Part-time
