Full job description

Property Administration Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Property Administrative Assistant to join our Property and Assets team. This is a key support role, helping to ensure the effective management of a diverse property portfolio and the smooth delivery of day-to-day services.

You will work closely with surveyors and colleagues across the organisation, providing high-quality administrative support and acting as a first point of contact for a range of property-related enquiries.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property and Assets team, including maintaining accurate property records and systems, assisting with reports and documentation, and processing invoices and financial information. You will also coordinate meetings, manage enquiries from tenants and stakeholders, and support compliance and day-to-day operational activities across the property portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing experience within property, estates, or asset management.
