About the Role

Deshapeables is a fashion growing e-commerce business specialising in women’s clothing and shapewear. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Operations & Fulfilment Assistant to support our daily order packing, stock handling, and warehouse operations.

This role is practical and physical, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced small business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
Check packed orders carefully before dispatch
Stick shipping labels securely on mailing bags
Organise parcels and prepare daily shipments
Deliver packed orders to the post office when required
Receive stock deliveries from couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.)
Safely lift and move stock boxes into the store
Steaming garments as needed
Fold, bag, label, and neatly shelve products
Maintain a clean and organised stockroom
Clear up work area after work

Returns & Stock Control

Inspect returned items for exchange eligibility
Identify damaged, worn, or unacceptable returns
Update stock records accurately
Report stock discrepancies to management

Admin Support

Purchase shipping labels
Flag order or delivery issues when required
Follow up with VA who is in contact with customer to make sure the customer issues are sorted

Skills & Requirements

Physically fit and able to lift boxes
Strong attention to detail
Organised, reliable, and punctual
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Basic computer skills (training provided)
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Previous warehouse, retail, or e-commerce experience is an advantage
