Join the British Footcare Group Team

The British Footcare Group (FOOT CARE) is continuing to expand, and we are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable individuals to join our growing team across multiple locations.

We are currently recruiting for roles at:

Stockport – Merseyway
Bramhall – Village Square
Alderley Edge – opening July 2026
Altrincham – Goose Green (opening August/September 2026)

We offer a range of clinical and non-clinical opportunities, with both full-time and part-time positions available. We take a flexible approach and are open to shaping roles around the right candidates, ensuring we can find arrangements that work for both the individual and the business.

Training will take place at our Stockport clinic, giving you the opportunity to develop confidence and experience ahead of the new openings in Alderley Edge and Altrincham, so you can hit the ground running.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are flexible across our locations, as support across branches is an important part of our model. However, we also offer permanent, site-based roles within our Reception / Guest Services teams.

These roles are varied and people-focused, forming a key part of the overall client experience. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and assisting clients face-to-face
Delivering a high standard of guest service
Answering calls and managing bookings
Administrative duties, including typing and handling onward referrals
Supporting clinical services, including providing foot soaks to clients following applicable treatments

Reception roles form part of our Guest Services team and offer a balanced, hands-on opportunity combining front-of-house responsibilities with direct client support. Full training will be provided.

We are looking for individuals who are personable, reliable, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment, with a proactive and flexible approach.
