Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient administrative processes, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and computer skills to contribute to a professional environment.

Duties

Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation accurately
Support team members with administrative tasks as required, ensuring deadlines are met
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
