Full job description

Job Summary
Pro Gas distributor of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) to both domestic and business customers throughout Essex and Suffolk. Our commitment to reliability and unwavering service has made us a cornerstone in the communities we serve.

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Multi-Drop Cylinder Delivery Driver to join our team in Essex And Suffolk Areas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely loading and unloading gas cylinders to and from the delivery vehicle.
Transporting cylinders and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers.
Lifting and handling cylinders regularly
Providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers with their delivery needs and answering any questions they may have.
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations related to the handling and transport of gas cylinders.
Performing routine checks and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition whilst maintaining high safety standards and reporting any hazards, defects, or incidents.
Completing all necessary paperwork, including vehicle defect forms and incident reports.
Maintaining accurate delivery records and obtaining customer signatures upon delivery.
Participating in training sessions to keep up with industry standards and legal requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

A positive, can-do attitude to be able to work as part of a team
Physical fitness to be able to handle and lift gas cylinders regularly
A valid driving licence and a readiness to drive commercial vehicles.
ADR Certification is preferred but not essential as training may be provided for suitable candidate

Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
