working for Smollan representing Mondelez Brands
Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week | Permanent
Salary: £15,862.08 per annum + up to 15% quarterly bonus
OTE: up to £18,241 per annum OTE
Territory: Nottingham, Ilkeston, Hucknall, and surrounds (NG2, 4-7, 9, 11, 15, 16 / DE7)

We're looking for a Regional Merchandiser to join our FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) team on a permanent, part-time basis. Working 24 hours per week across Tuesday to Thursday, you'll play a key role in ensuring household names such as Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts stand out in store and are always available for shoppers.
If you have experience in retail, merchandising, stock replenishment or customer-facing roles, this could be the perfect opportunity to take your next step.

Essential Requirements
What You'll Be Doing
Retail Merchandising & Stock Replenishment
Implement planograms accurately and consistently
Build and maintain promotional and seasonal displays
Ensure brands achieve maximum impact at the point of sale
Up to £14.61 per hour on-target earnings
Quarterly bonus opportunities and incentives
