Overview
Strata Solicitors is looking for a Claims Administrator to join our team based in Blisworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a long term office based career. No previous insurance experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide administrative support to the claims handling function, helping to ensure claims are set up accurately, records are maintained and clients receive a high level of service. You'll gain valuable knowledge of the claims process and have genuine opportunities to progress your career within the business.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with a one hour lunch break.

Open new claims on the case management system and carry out initial enquiries

Speak with clients, third parties and insurance companies by telephone

Support claims handlers with a variety of administrative tasks

Update and maintain accurate claim records and documentation

Ensure client service standards and key performance indicators are met

Assist with reporting and general data entry duties

Prioritise your workload and manage tasks efficiently

Provide general administrative support to the wider claims team
About You
GCSE English Language Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Basic IT and typing skills
Self motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently whilst also contributing to a team environment
Keen to develop a long term career with genuine progression opportunities
