Group Operations Leader

Location: West Suffolk (Haverhill/Sudbury area)

Role Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting from £50,000 per year + performance-based bonuses

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional standards... every single day.

You’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each brand consistently delivers on its promise.

From the energy on the floor to the performance behind the scenes, you’ll set the tone.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading from the front - visible, present, and actively involved across all locations
Owning the guest experience - ensuring every interaction reflects our standards
Driving team performance, accountability, and retention across all sites
Solving operational challenges quickly to protect guest experience and profitability
Overseeing rotas and budgets - balancing commercial performance with operational needs
Coordinating multi-site operations - keeping everything aligned and running smoothly
Working with systems and processes - ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Reporting and communicating - keeping owners and senior leadership informed on performance, targets, and team development

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who:

Has proven experience managing people in a fast-paced environment
Is naturally decisive, organised, and solutions-focused
Delivers exceptional customer service as second nature
Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and locations
Understands commercial awareness (budgets, targets, and performance)
Enjoys being hands-on, not just managing from behind a desk
Communicates confidently with both customers and teams
Takes ownership and treats the business like their own

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Build relationships with team leaders across all sites
Identify quick wins in operations and guest experience
Implement consistency across standards and processes
Take full ownership of day-to-day operations
