Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team in managing office operations We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator to join our small team working on a private estate. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach and capable of leading the admin to support a busy estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the right hand to our Estate Manager, supporting daily estate administration.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, handling all related admin.
Take charge of facilities-related administration.
Tackle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Estate Manager with enthusiasm.
Manage supplier invoices with a keen eye on budgets and collaborate with our accounts team to ensure accuracy.
Handle online purchasing of supplies with efficiency.
Think commercially to identify and implement improvements in quality, time, and cost.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Self-motivating and able to work alone.
Experience in facilities management and contractor liaison.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, utilizing common sense and initiative.
Valid driving license.
High proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Mac user preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

This role is based on site 5 days per week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
