Full job description

Day to day responsibilities will includes but not limited to:

To work across both businesses maintaining accurate financial records
Sales and purchase ledger processing
Raising sales orders/invoices
Dealing with supplier and customer communications and queries
Supplier and customer account reconciliations
Preparation of monthly payment runs
General office tasks as required
Assist Finance team with tasks as necessary

Essential Skills and Experience

Qualification in finance
Proven experience working within a purchase leger or similar finance role
Proficiency in standard office software- especially Excel
Experience using Sage50 Accounts and Xero or similar bookkeeping software
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
