The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer with some existing experience who wants to accelerate their career in a fast-moving agency environment.

You'll work across a variety of client accounts, supporting and delivering campaigns spanning content marketing, SEO, digital PR, social media and AI-powered marketing.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply follow instructions.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing ideas to the table, taking ownership of their work and continuously improving.

You'll work closely with experienced marketers and business leaders, gaining exposure to strategy, campaign planning, client communications and commercial decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include utilising AI and strategic thinking, creative execution, and campaign delivery across:

Content Marketing

· Writing high-quality website content, blogs, landing pages and campaign copy

· Supporting content strategy and content planning

· Conducting audience, industry and competitor research

· Creating content that supports SEO, lead generation and brand growth

· Contributing ideas for campaigns and content initiatives

Digital PR

· Supporting PR campaigns and media outreach activity

· Identifying media opportunities and trending topics

· Assisting with press releases and reactive PR opportunities

· Supporting relationship building with journalists and publishers

SEO & Search Visibility

· Supporting on-page SEO activity

· Conducting keyword research and content optimisation

· Understanding how search intent influences content strategy

· Monitoring performance and identifying growth opportunities

Social Media & Creative Content

· Creating social media content and campaign ideas

· Supporting social strategy across multiple brands

· Writing engaging social copy

· Assisting with campaign planning and audience engagement

AI-Powered Marketing

· Using AI tools to support research, ideation, content development and campaign delivery

· Learning and applying modern AI marketing workflows

· Ensuring all AI-assisted outputs meet high editorial and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should:

Have 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, either agency-side or in-house
Be able to demonstrate strong written communication skills
Have experience creating content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing or PR campaigns
Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Have excellent attention to detail
Be confident learning new tools and technologies
Be enthusiastic about digital marketing, content, SEO and AI
Be able to commute regularly to our Rutland office
Have the right to work in the UK

Desirable Experience

Experience within a marketing agency environment
Basic SEO knowledge
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
Experience using platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console or Canva
Digital PR experience
Experience managing social media accounts
