Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to oversee daily warehouse operations and optimise supply chain processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient utilisation of warehouse management systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in logistics, materials handling, and data analysis to contribute to a dynamic team within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Managed inventory and maintained accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
Processed customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatch.
Created dispatch documentation, delivery notes, and shipping labels for outgoing goods.
Generated invoices and verified accurate pricing in accordance with company policies and customer agreements.
Coordinated with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
Maintained accurate records of stock movements, orders, and shipments.
Ensured compliance with health and safety procedures and company operational standards.

Skills

Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics management.
Strong knowledge of category management, supply chain principles, and logistics operations.
Must have experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is desirable.
Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and documentation standards.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and process optimisation capabilities.

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
