HR Business Partner

· Dewsbury | Full-Time | On-Site

· £40,000 - £46,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

· Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 | Friday 08:30 - 16:00

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a growing international business and play a key role in delivering people strategy across our Dewsbury site and wider Group operations.

Working closely with senior leadership and the Group Director of HR & Development, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting employee relations, organisational change, performance management, engagement, and talent development within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, driving positive change, and delivering practical HR solutions that support business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Partnering with leaders and managers to drive performance and people initiatives

· Managing employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance matters

· Supporting organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development

· Coaching managers on best practice, leadership behaviours, and employee engagement

· Helping shape a high-performing, values-driven culture

· Contributing to HR process improvement and AI-driven automation of people operations

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role

· Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge

· Ability to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels

· CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)

· Experience within manufacturing or multi-site environments is advantageous

· A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach

· Interest or experience in AI-enabled HR process improvement and automation
