We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our care home team.

This is a key role supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the home.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager
Assist with the home’s accounts administration
Create and maintain personnel files for new staff
Prepare induction packs for new employees
Update and maintain staff training records
Support with managing staff rotas
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, families, and healthcare professionals on a daily basis
