Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team on a chair rental basis .

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering and hair styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and confident.

Duties

Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services tailored to individual client preferences.
Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including tools and equipment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with contemporary options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in various hair cutting, shaving, and styling techniques.
A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping clients achieve their desired looks.
