Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. This entry-level role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within the property industry, gaining valuable experience in lettings and client management. The position is paid and ideal for individuals eager to learn, communicate effectively, and build a strong foundation in property negotiations.

Responsibilities
Matching applicants to suitable properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Negotiating lets and progressing tenancies
Providing excellent customer service throughout the lettings process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and positive attitude

Excellent organisational skills

Contribute to marketing efforts by updating online property listings and social media platforms

Experience

Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions
Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining accurate records
