Overview
We are seeking a skilled 360 excavator operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and have experience operating excavators in a commercial environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Candidates must hold relevant CPCS or NPORS and demonstrate a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently across various construction sites.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with site preparation, excavation, loading, and material handling tasks.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any machinery issues promptly.

Experience

Proven experience operating 360 excavators in a commercial setting.
Mechanical knowledge of excavator systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
Valid licences for operating heavy machinery, including a CPCS or NPORS training.
Experience with commercial driving is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with health and safety standards relevant to construction sites.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to strict safety protocols. This role is vital for the successful completion of construction projects, requiring professionalism, technical competence, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.

Pay: £22.00-£25.00 per hour
