Job Introduction
At HCRG Care Ltd, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller to help keep our finances running smoothly and support the delivery of vital services. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact on cashflow performance, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a key member of our finance team, you’ll:

Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding debt

Proactively chase payments and ensure timely collections

Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently
-
Prioritise collections and work closely with internal stakeholders

Produce aged debt reports and provide updates to management
-
Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records
-
Support month-end and year-end processes
-
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
We’re looking for someone who is (essential):

Confident communicating via phone and email
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
-
Experienced in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar
-
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
-
A strong relationship-builder with a proactive mindset
Desirable:

Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Advanced Excel skills
-
Interest in using AI/Copilot to improve processes
