Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in security? We're seeking motivated, reliable, and professional Casual Security Guards to join our dynamic team covering a variety of sporting events, concerts, and public gatherings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to prove yourself in high-profile environments, with a clear path to regular, more permanent hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all attendees
Crowd control and access management
Conflict resolution and incident reporting
Customer service and engaging positively with the public
Patrolling event perimeters and responding to emergencies

What We're Looking For:

Valid Security Licence (required)
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
Prior event or crowd control experience is a bonus but not essential
