Summary

We are seeking a Site Manager / Project Coordinator to oversee construction projects and coordinate activities on-site. Based in Port Talbot this role is vital in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Join us in building a reputation for excellence in the domestic construction industry.
Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to track progress and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor project budgets and report on progress.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
Maintain detailed project documentation.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in construction or related fields.
Supervising experience on building sites.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
Valid relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
